For individuals
Filing your own return, without the shoebox
Upload your statements, receipts and paperwork. Accounvia reads every amount out of the documents, sorts it into income, deductions and tax already paid, and gives you a pack you can check line by line — with the text each figure came from quoted beside it.
Upload what you already have
Bank statements, card statements, receipts, invoices, payslips and dividend vouchers — as PDFs or just photographs. Files are stored privately and only your own account can read them back.
Every figure quotes its source
Each amount is read out of the document and shown beside the exact line it came from. A figure that cannot be traced to the text is discarded rather than shown to you.
You have the final say
Anything the document leaves ambiguous is flagged for your decision instead of guessed. Change a category or exclude a row, and the totals follow your edits.
Take the pack to the portal
Totals by category and by currency, the official return named where we hold it, and a CSV for you or your accountant.
What this does not do
- It does not submit anything. Nothing is sent to any tax authority. You get a prepared pack and file it yourself, or hand it to an accountant.
- It does not fill in an official form box by box. We hold the name, purpose and official page of the personal return for 25 of 195 jurisdictions, but not the field-level layout of any form — so the pack maps your figures to categories, not to numbered boxes.
- It does not calculate what you owe. Our reference data records headline personal rates, not complete progressive schedules, so any computed liability would be a guess dressed up as a figure. The recorded rates are shown to you as they stand.
- It is not tax advice. Categories are ordinary shapes of income and expenditure, not a ruling on what is deductible where you live.
Uploading and categorising works for all 195 jurisdictions we cover. Where our reference data is thinner, the pack says so rather than filling the gap with a guess.
